Hauptwerk recommend these Core I CPUs for best performance, although I can assure you that my setup runs fine, while using FREE St. Annes Mosely organ which is supplied with Hauptwerk. If you want to use larger sample sets, I recommend using the Core i5 or i7, but as I will be only centering on the FREE edition of Hauptwerk, then your Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 is a bit more than capable of singing the job.
